How It Started
Es fing mit einer Domain an. Irgendwann stand die Domain simulationstheorie.de zum Kauf. Ich hab sie gekauft — nicht weil ich einen Plan hatte, sondern weil mich das Thema schon lange faszinierte und eine .de-Domain mit diesem Namen nicht alle Tage frei ist.
Damals dachte ich noch: Simulationstheorie, Bostrom, Matrix, das ist interessant. Ich hätte erwartet, eine Art Informationsseite zu bauen — Argumente sammeln, darstellen, fertig.
It started with a domain. At some point, the domain simulationstheorie.de was available for purchase. I bought it — not because I had a plan, but because the topic had fascinated me for years and a .de domain with that name doesn't come up often.
At the time I thought: Simulation theory, Bostrom, Matrix, this is interesting. I expected to build a kind of information site — collect arguments, present them, done.
Was stattdessen passierte: Je tiefer ich in das Thema eindrang, desto unbefriedigender wurde die Simulationstheorie selbst. Nicht weil sie falsch ist — sondern weil sie zu eng ist. Sie denkt in einer Metapher, die das 21. Jahrhundert hat — und kann damit nur das fassen, was in dieser Metapher ausdrückbar ist.
Die Fragen, die mich wirklich interessierten, lagen tiefer: Was ist Bewusstsein, bevor es sich in einem Körper manifestiert? Warum gibt es überhaupt etwas statt nichts? Und was macht das mit einem Menschen, wenn er das ernst nimmt?
What happened instead: the deeper I went into the topic, the more unsatisfying simulation theory itself became. Not because it's wrong — but because it's too narrow. It thinks in a metaphor the 21st century has — and can only grasp what's expressible in that metaphor.
The questions that actually interested me lay deeper: What is consciousness before it manifests in a body? Why is there something rather than nothing? And what does it do to a person when they take that seriously?
Aus der Informationsseite über Simulationstheorie wurde ein Denk-Projekt über die Natur der Realität, des Bewusstseins und der Erfahrung. Die Domain war der Ausgangspunkt — nicht das Ziel.

Die Verdichtungstheorie ist nicht in einer Nacht entstanden. Sie ist das Destillat von Jahren Lektüre — Kastrup, Bohm, Bernardo Kastrup's analytischer Idealismus, Wheeler's „It from Bit", Huxleys Mescalin-Essay, die Nag Hammadi Texte, Quantum Darwinism, Libet-Experimente, die Forschung zu Nahtoderfahrungen.
Und gleichzeitig kommt sie aus eigenen Erfahrungen, die ich nicht habe, religiös oder esoterisch zu framen — und für die die wissenschaftliche Sprache auch nicht reicht. Irgendwo dazwischen liegt eine Sprache, die beides halten kann. Die Prompt-Metapher war der Schlüssel: Sie erlaubte, mystische Intuition in eine Sprache zu übersetzen, die keine Vorprägung hat.
The condensation theory didn't emerge in a night. It's the distillate of years of reading — Kastrup, Bohm, Bernardo Kastrup's analytic idealism, Wheeler's "It from Bit," Huxley's mescaline essay, the Nag Hammadi texts, Quantum Darwinism, Libet experiments, near-death experience research.
And at the same time it comes from personal experiences I don't frame religiously or esoterically — and for which scientific language is also insufficient. Somewhere in between lies a language that can hold both. The prompt metaphor was the key: it allowed translating mystical intuition into a language without prior conditioning.

Wenn du weißt, wie du fragst — was du aufrufst, welchen Kontext du setzt, was du zulässt — ändert sich, was du bekommst. Das gilt für KI. Das gilt für das Leben.
Band 1 ist erschienen. Die restlichen vier Bände folgen. Jeder Band entwickelt einen Aspekt der Metapher weiter — von der Grundstruktur des Bewusstseins über die Wrapper-Arbeit bis zur Frage, was es bedeutet, ein bewusstes Wesen in einem verdichteten Universum zu sein.
The idea behind the book series: life can be read as an interaction with a system — one that responds, knows patterns, reacts to the quality of the question. Not in a magical sense. In a structural one.
If you know how to ask — what you invoke, what context you set, what you allow — what you receive changes. This applies to AI. This applies to life.
Volume 1 is published. The remaining four volumes follow. Each volume develops an aspect of the metaphor further — from the basic structure of consciousness through wrapper work to the question of what it means to be a conscious being in a condensed universe.

What happens when you take the condensation theory seriously? If the wrapper is real — if the way we configure our consciousness determines what we receive? Then consciousness work is not self-help. It's technical.
MyMindSeed is the practical implementation of this thought. Not a motivation program. Not an esoteric course. But a structured approach to understanding one's own wrapper — recognizing patterns, reducing noise, becoming clearer.

Die Texte sind nicht illustrativ. Sie versuchen, die Erfahrung auszudrücken, die der Theorie zugrunde liegt — die Momente, in denen der Wrapper sich öffnet und etwas durchkommt, das du nicht gemacht hast.
Music is not the background — it's an equally valid expression. Under the name StoffweXel 23, electronic tracks emerge that carry lyrics asking the same questions as the philosophy: What are you? What do you want? What comes through?
The lyrics are not illustrative. They try to express the experience underlying the theory — the moments when the wrapper opens and something comes through that you didn't make.
